1. The service

Halusio generates carousel content and illustrations for Instagram and TikTok based on your brand profile, and publishes that content to accounts you connect, either after your approval or automatically if you opt into that mode.

2. Your account

You must connect a Business or Creator Instagram account to use Halusio — personal Instagram accounts are not supported by Instagram's official API. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the content published through your account, including anything you approve or leave unreviewed.

3. Free trial and billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access to the product, no credit card required to sign up. After the trial ends, a payment method is required to keep using Halusio.

4. Content ownership

You own the content generated for your brand and published through your accounts. You grant Halusio the right to generate, store and publish that content on your behalf, strictly to provide the service to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Halusio in compliance with Instagram's and TikTok's own terms and policies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including creating multiple accounts to restart free trials.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Halusio is provided "as is". AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing content before it publishes, and Halusio is not liable for content that was available for review before publishing.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Halusio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
