Halusio ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted tool that plans, generates and publishes Instagram and TikTok content on behalf of the businesses that connect their accounts to our service. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information you provide directly: name, email, password (or Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
• Instagram and TikTok data obtained via official OAuth login, limited to what each platform's API returns for the scopes you approve: your business/creator account ID, username, profile and recent media, used to understand your brand and to publish content you approve.
• Content you provide during onboarding, such as your website or online store URL, used only to understand your offering.
• Billing information processed by Stripe on our behalf — we do not store your card details.
• Usage data (e.g. which scripts you approve or edit), used to improve content quality and to unlock optional automation features.

2. How we use this information

• To generate carousel scripts and AI illustrations tailored to your brand.
• To publish content to your connected Instagram and/or TikTok account, only after your approval (or automatically if you enable that option).
• To operate your account, trial and subscription.
• To detect abuse (for example, reuse of the same connected Instagram account across multiple trial sign-ups).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the product: Anthropic and OpenAI (content and image generation), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (hosting and authentication), and the Meta/Instagram and TikTok APIs (to publish content you approve).

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Instagram or TikTok account, we stop accessing new data from that platform but may retain previously generated content and account records as described below.
